We recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.

At FitLab, you can chose from dedicated one-to-one sessions or a group environment. You will have access to our community based training app, allowing you to talk to other members and our trainers; mortivating and inspiring each other. This creates a unique dynamic with your personal trainer and training partners, allowing you to focus on one thing – your results.

We will conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you. You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which will include your training inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by our outstanding support services from some of the best personal trainers in Sussex.

Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all aspects of your journey, so that you will have the knowledge and foundations to be able to carry on with your new health and fitness regime in the future.

4 sessions per month

Offering expert training for the time poor, this package is ideal for those who are committed to training on their own but lack direction or have hit a plateau. You will have one personal training session per week with your prescribed trainer and a training plan to work on between sessions.

8-12 sessions per month

From lifestyle changes to physique improvements, your prescribed trainer will tailor your programme every step of the way. You’ll receive full support that goes beyond the physical session. This is the ideal package for those wanting to get results whilst fitting training into a busy schedule.

16 sessions per month

Those with more specific goals may require more coaching time with us; from sports performance, muscle-gain and fat-loss; to improving movement and forming new habits. Those who commit to this more intensive package will achieve quicker results with our over-arching ethos of sustainability in mind.

Group based PT sessions

Group personal training sessions have the benefit of a small group of peers to motivate each other, whilst doing different things at your own customised level of fitness or ability. Within our group sessions you will have the support of each other in a group ‘mobile’ setting as well as more accountability. Please contact us for more information.
